San Antonio is home to some of the greatest salsas. We think that is something worth celebrating. In fact, we think it needs to be celebrated! That's why we are hosting the Puro Salsa Cook-Off.
We are showcasing the best taste of San Antonio as well as raising funds for cancer research as this is something that has touched us all.
Join us on October 4th, 2025! Submit your favorite salsa to the competition or just come on out to sample some of the greatest salsas of San Antonio.
Either way, you'll have a great time at the 2nd Annual Puro Salsa Cook-Off!

About the San Antonio Latino Sauce Assembly
The San Antonio Latino Sauce Assembly (SALSA) is a 501(c)(3). Our mission is to unite the San Antonio community through the vibrant celebration of culture and culinary creativity, while raising funds for cancer research. Through an annual Salsa Cook-Off event, we aim to create an engaging and memorable experience that fosters community spirit and drives impactful contributions towards the fight against cancer.
