The San Antonio Latino Sauce Assembly (SALSA) is a 501(c)(3). Our mission is to unite the San Antonio community through the vibrant celebration of culture and culinary creativity, while raising funds for cancer research. Through an annual Salsa Cook-Off event, we aim to create an engaging and memorable experience that fosters community spirit and drives impactful contributions towards the fight against cancer.

According to Blood Cancer United (formerly Leukemia and Lymphoma Soceity), appromximetly every 3 minutes one person in the US is diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma or myleoma. Cancer is something that almost every person has been affected by. We are raising funds benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk.
